Returns

Antiki Trading Company wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may send it back within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that items returned after 45 days are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee.

To help you through the return process, here are a few guidelines:

	Pack the item carefully in its original packing materials.
	It is important to keep all original packing materials (boxes and any of the padding material such as peanuts or paper). These items are essential for the safe return shipping of our items. If items are damaged during the return process we will no longer be able to offer a refund.
	Ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post.
	It is strongly recommended that you use a reliable carrier that offers tracking. We also suggest that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at our return center in their original condition.

If You Received An Order That Was Damaged During Shipment

If your purchase arrives damaged from, please DO NOT throw away the box or any packing material. Contact your the shipping company as soon as possible. A Claims Agent will come out to inspect the damaged goods and packaging. They will contact Antiki Trading Company and together we will decide the best way to proceed for your benefit.

If You Received Incorrect Items

If your return is in any way a result of an error by Antiki Trading Company, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to the return the merchandise and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.

Refunding

We will begin processing your return promptly upon receipt of your package and will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been entered.  Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.

If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. You should allow one to two billing cycles (about one month) for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Antiki Trading Company for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received by us.

Important Notes Regarding Our Return Policy

Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center.

If you would like to exchange one product for another, you will need to follow the return procedures and then submit a completely new order online or by phone for the product(s) you would like to purchase.

We do not refund shipping charges.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, Antiki Trading Company reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
