The primary purpose for collecting this information is to confirm and process your sales transaction and to contact you with questions or communications about your order if necessary.  We also use this information to help create a more personalized shopping experience and communicate with you for marketing and promotional offers.

We encourage our customers to set up a personal account, which helps to make all repeat shopping trips easier by retaining your billing, shipping and email information (we do not store your credit card information) so it will not have to be re-entered.  We also offer the option to receive occasional information on new products, services, special deals, and newsletters. This option can be discontinued at anytime by simply click on the un-subscribe button at the bottom of any email.

How is my privacy protected?

At Antiki Trading Company, we respect your privacy. That is why we never sell, trade, or rent a customer’s personal information to any third party organization. We will only release account information if it is necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Antiki Trading Company, our users, or others.

In addition, we protect your privacy during the order process by the use of a secure server (SSL). This server encrypts any information you enter before it is sent to us. SSL encrypts your order information and personal information before it is transmitted to us to prevent the decoding of your information by anyone other than Antiki Trading Company. What is a cookie and how are they used?

Cookies are small data files that many web sites use to identify you when you visit their site. This small text file allows a web site to remember your browsing habits, save information in abandoned shopping carts for your next visit, and can also keep track of products that you have shown an interest in.

As a shopper, when you add items to your shopping cart, a cookie is created on your machine with a unique Shopper ID number. If, for some reason, you have to leave our site before completing your transaction, the next time you visit Antiki.com your previous product selections will show in your basket. This allows you to easily remember what you were interested in the last time you visited our site.

How do I change my account information?

You can make updates to your account information at any time. Simply log into your account through the My Account button at the top of the screen. Change any information you want and then select "submit".
