Ordering Process

Ordering products online from Antiki Trading Company is an easy, four step process. The check out process takes place through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that will prevent anyone from intercepting your private information. When you are ready to purchase your selections simply click on the "Check Out" button located in the top right corner of the page or at the bottom of the View Cart screen. From there you will begin the checkout process. It is always a good idea to review the items in your cart by clicking the "View Cart" button before proceeding to check out.

Step One: Login

You will be asked to either login to an existing account (if you haven't done so already), create a new account, or continue the purchase process without creating an account. While creating an account is not necessary, it will simplify the checkout process and allow you to retrieve your shipping and billing information next time you make a purchase. Refer to our Account Help page for more information. If you have already logged into an account you will be taken directly to step two.

Step Two: Shipping and Billing Address

The second step is to enter your "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses (or only "Ship To" if they are the same). The top of the page will display the items you are purchasing while the body of the page contains your address information. If you have created an account or logged into an existing account, this information will be filled in for you automatically, although you can make modifications and update your account from here. If you opted to place your order without creating an account you will need to enter this information. Your email address and telephone number are necessary so we can contact you if there is a problem with your order and to inform you when your order has been shipped. Make sure the Billing Address matches the address associated with the credit card you will use, as this information is necessary to verify the charge. For gift purchases, you can have your order shipped to an address other than the billing address, this is the "Ship To" address. Also at this point, you can decide if you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive special offers and promotions available only to customers on our list. When you are finished, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Shipping and Billing information is kept securely and is not distributed or sold. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Step Three: Shipping and Payment Methods

The third step is to select your shipping and payment methods. We offer free ground shipping anywhere in the continental US on most items, but if you would like to receive your purchases quicker we offer a number of shipping options. Refer to Shipping Policy for more information. On this page you can also enter a Coupon Code. If you have a Coupon Code make sure you click the "Redeem Coupon" button before moving on to the next step. You will also need to select a payment option. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you are purchasing something as a gift and would like a gift card to be sent with the order, click the "Add Gift Card?" check box and type a message to the recipient in the box. When you are finished making your selections click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.

Step Four: Credit Card Info

The final step of the check out process is to enter your name as it appears on the credit card you wish to use, credit card number, and expiration date. Before clicking the "Place Order" button you should carefully review your "Ship To" and Bill To" information, the items being purchased, and the shipping method. If you need to make changes, click the back button on your browser. If you get an error saying "Warning: page has expired", simply click the refresh button on your browser to re-send your information and update the page. When you are satisfied that all the information is correct, click the "Place Order" button. You will then be presented with an invoice confirming your order. You can click the "Printer Friendly" link to display a simple version of the invoice for printing. If your were logged in to an account, placing your order will automatically log you out of your account and you will need to re-login if you wish to continue shopping and place another order. You will receive email notification from us confirming receipt of your order and another email containing your tracking number when the order has shipped.
